Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IELTS AI Trainer platform ("Platform"), operated by Nova Web Services ("we", "us", "our"), located at 5858 Macara St, Halifax, NS, B3K 0K5, Canada.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You may not create an account if you have previously been suspended or removed from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised use of your account.

Each account is for individual use only. You may not share your account with another person.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content in bulk
• Submit content that is abusive, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
• Misrepresent practice band estimates as official IELTS scores
• Share subscription access with others
• Attempt to manipulate AI scoring systems

Band score estimates produced by the Platform are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for practice guidance only. They are not official IELTS scores. They are not produced by a certified IELTS examiner and cannot be used for any formal purpose including university admission, professional registration, visa applications, or any other purpose that requires an official IELTS result.

IELTS AI Trainer is not affiliated with IELTS, British Council, IDP Australia, or Cambridge Assessment English.

Paid plans (Premium and Pro) are billed monthly. By upgrading, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are stated at checkout and may be updated with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current period unless specified in our Refund Policy.

All content on the Platform, including test materials, passages, audio scripts, and software, is owned by or licensed to Nova Web Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia, Canada.
