Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions
IELTS AI Trainer Premium and Pro are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you cancel your subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Exceptional refunds
We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a billing error on our part
- Service unavailability of more than 72 continuous hours due to a fault on our part
- Accidental subscription by a minor (with parental request)
- At our sole discretion in other exceptional circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. To request a refund, email dani.jose@novawebservices.ca with your account email and the reason for the request.
Cancellation process
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Account Settings within the Platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellation.
Free plan
The free plan involves no charge and therefore no refund mechanism applies.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
