Account data: email address, display name, and password (stored as a hash). Collected at registration.

Profile data: your target band score, module type (Academic / General Training), and onboarding preferences.

Usage data: test attempts, scores, submissions, and navigation events. Used to provide your history and improve the platform.

Submission data: writing essays, speaking audio recordings, and transcripts. Stored to provide feedback and maintain your history.

Technical data: browser type, device type, IP address, and access timestamps. Collected automatically for security and performance.

• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not use your data for advertising profiling or sell it to third parties.

Account and submission data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure — please protect your login credentials and notify us of any suspected unauthorised access.

We use third-party services to operate the Platform including cloud hosting and AI inference providers. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe Inc. We do not store your payment card details. See Stripe's privacy policy for details of their data practices.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
